Mamas raising with strength:

Each time you meet with Dr. Katie she provides in depth explanations of how the body functions, and how to help it work as it was meant to. She's very thorough and makes sure you don't leave with any questions unanswered. I highly recommend her services!

From body building, multiple miscarriages, multiple pregnancies, and breastfeeding my body has felt so beat up and overall weak. Since seeing Katie I've regained confidence that my body can infact be strong again. I'm so grateful to have found her she's amazing to work with and I've seen noticable results from just a few sessions with her. Can't recommend her enough.

I took a fantastic and informative birth prep class from Katie that really set me up for success in the 3rd trimester, birth, and postpartum. She explained everything clearly and not only demonstrated but walked me through any movements to ensure correct form. Her 'bedside manner' was extremely comfortable and I felt at ease asking any questions. Highly recommend!

Katie was prompt, personable and very thorough. She communicated very clearly and asked questions to really hone it on what exercises would address my issues. I look forward to seeing her for follow-ups!

"I have been working with Dr. Katie Castillo as I prepare to give birth to my 2nd baby. She is so patient and caring. She made a point of getting to know me as a patient. I had never heard of pelvic floor therapy until my provider recommended it. Honestly I was quite intimidated at first. However, Katie's personality made me so comfortable. My only regret is I didn't do this with my 1st pregnancy. It would have saved me from a lot of pain and other issues in postpartum. I can't recommend Dr. Katie enough!"

I took a virtual birth prep course with Katie and had a great experience! She is very down to earth, informative, and knowledgeable about pelvic health. I appreciated her easy to understand explanations and modeling of exercises. I felt so at ease to ask questions and address concerns with her. You can tell she has a true passion to help women and it is comforting to know that she is also walking in a similar season of life at the moment. I would recommend her PT services to others.
