A physical therapist with a passion for helping women through life’s most beautiful and delicate transition - becoming a mother. After starting her career with a focus on sports and orthopedic injuries, she transitioned to the meaningful work of taking care of mothers. This was inspired by a difficult postpartum recovery of her own.

I’ve had the birth plan go sideways, the pelvic floor dysfunction after birth, and put in the work for on myself to slowly build myself back up so that I can be a strong and capable mother for my son. I’ve made mistakes and done the hard. I’m here to support you in your journey whether you had the pregnancy/birth/postpartum of your dreams or it left something to be desired.
